Account and data deletion

If you create an account in one of our apps, you can request deletion of that account and of personal data associated with it. You can do this in the app (Account → Privacy & account) or on the web:

• Homebound Ministry Manager: Delete account · Delete stored data
• Formation Assistant: Delete account · Delete stored data

Account deletion removes your sign-in credentials and personal profile information. Some ministry or parish records (for example, completed visit history) may be kept in anonymized form when needed for the parish’s pastoral records. Data-only deletion removes your personal content while leaving the login in place. Requests submitted on the web are processed as soon as your identity is verified.
